Half‑day and full‑day permanent rentals are available.

Beauty/Spa Therapist Position

A place to unwind. Natural Wellness Centre is a space to feel relaxed and supported. We provide a variety of holistic and natural health services that support women and their families during all stages of life including preconception, pregnancy & postnatal care. Our Spa & Wellness menu includes luxury organic facials, wellness rituals, body scrubs, massage therapy and spa packages where body and mind are transformed, organic is high-performance and eco is synonymous with luxury. We are always looking for aligned motivated and enthusiastic Beauty/Spa Therapist to join our team.

Casual position - With the option to increase for the right candidate.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As a therapist at Natural Wellness Centre Monbulk you would: Perform all treatments to Natural Wellness Centre protocols and standards

  • Provide exceptional client care

  • Build a loyal and returning client base through recommendation to clients of their next best treatment/s and home care rituals.

  • Learn about & confidently recommend iKOU products with passion.

  • Be experienced in facials, massage therapy, spa treatments, body scrubs/cocoons.

  • Be available to work day, evenings, and Saturdays as required

  • *Please note this position does NOT include waxing, tinting, tanning or mani/pedi's.

  • Reception duties, including opening and closing tasks

  • Be able to work as a team and independently.

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy

  • Experience in a reception role is highly regarded

  • You must be enthusiastic about the industry, self-driven and have a love for high quality Australian products with excellent grooming and presentation.

  • You must be confident in rebooking and recommending services and products to clients.

  • Knowledge on the benefits of natural products and a passion for educating clients is a must.

  • We encourage and welcome all newly graduated therapists as well as experienced skilled therapists.
