COVID-19 Safe plan
While restrictions have eased in Victoria, we will still be taking every precaution to keep our team and our clients safe. For this reason, we are adhering to the following processes and ask that clients do as well.
Please arrive ‘on time’ to your appointment, to minimise the numbers in the clinic at one time we ask that you wait in your car until a few minutes before your appointment time.
If you are a new client and haven’t done so already, please fill out the ‘New Client Form’ that was sent with your appointment confirmation email.
When you arrive, if you find the door locked please wait next to the door and your therapist will be there to greet you shortly.
Please use the QR Code on the front door or desk to check-in when you arrive, we are also required to ask to sight your double COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
We will request to take your temperature and will then hand you our COVID form to fill out.
Hand sanitiser is available for you to use before and after your appointment which is located on the front reception desk.
Toilets are available on site with hand soap and disposable paper towel.
Please attend your appointment solo. Due to social distancing, no other persons can accompany you at your appointment. Infants and young children excluded.
We have significantly increasing our cleaning regime. Along with our usual cleaning we will also:
Wipe all surfaces with disinfectant between every client – this includes all surfaces in the treatment room, door handles and the massage table.
Changing all towels and linen for every client.
Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water as well as using hand sanitiser before, after and in between clients.
Spacing clients out so there is less chance of client crossover.
Contactless payment is available
Face masks will be be worn during the session when required under the Government directives. Please wear your own mask to the appointment when required.
Most importantly, if you have any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment and get tested.
Sore throat, shortness of breath, fever, any cold/flu like symptoms.
